Adam treated me throughout the middle phase of my frozen shoulder, which meant that among other serious restrictions I was completely unable to play the guitar. As he explained, his treatment couldn't instantly cure the problem, but it did mean that, once the recovery phase began, it was only about 3 months before I was back to full, unrestricted, pain-free movement - far quicker than the 12 months I had been led to expect.

I see Adam monthly and the treatment and exercises he gives me help keep me mobile and pain-free despite working at a computer for hours each day. With the treatment and exercise programme that Adam gave me, I was playing tennis within 5 weeks.
